NMIXX will release their sixth EP, Strange Muse, on October 19 at 6 p.m. KST. JYP Entertainment announced that the six-track mini album includes the lead single Birthday Wish alongside group songs Kerosene and RudE TaLK. The project also introduces the group's first dedicated subunit songs: Lily and Haewon on Sing to the Moon, Sullyoon and Bae on Hot 'n Unbothered, and Jiwoo and Kyujin on WHIP.
All six members contributed lyrics to their respective subunit tracks. Kyujin also contributed to melodic composition, and Bae helped write the lyrics for RudE TaLK. Following the album release, NMIXX will conclude their EPISODE 1: ZERO FRONTIER world tour with three encore concerts at Incheon's Inspire Arena from November 27 to 29.
