Our Content Practices
- Articles are original AI-written summaries and analyses of publicly reported news. We do not reproduce source articles in full, and we cite and link the original reporting in every article (see our Editorial & AI Policy).
- Featured images come from the source articles and official channels we cover. Most are stored on our own servers as resized copies so the page loads reliably; some are linked directly from the source. Either way, we claim no ownership of them, we credit the outlet we took them from, and we remove any image on request from the rights holder — see below.
Takedown Requests
If you are a rights holder (or authorized to act for one) and believe content on K-POP WAVE infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the subject line [DMCA] and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- The URL(s) on kpophub.io where the material appears;
- Your name, organization, and contact information;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature.
We review takedown notices promptly and remove or disable access to infringing material. Image-removal requests from artists' agencies and photographers are handled with priority.
Counter-Notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address including the removed URL, your contact information, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was mistaken, and your signature.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly post infringing material.
Outside the DMCA
We honor equivalent removal requests under other jurisdictions' copyright laws — the same address and information requirements apply.
