aespa member Ning Ning placed first in a fan poll celebrating the K-pop artist who best styles cat-eye sunglasses, earning 17,677 votes between Aug. 14 and 28. Fan-voting platform Picnic conducted the survey, which examined how artists integrate specific eyewear accessories into their public appearances.

Ricky, the Chinese member of boy band And2ble, finished in second place with 16,258 votes. Hamin of the virtual group Plave took third place in the rankings after gathering 15,623 votes. Picnic noted that domestic and overseas media outlets frequently point to Ning Ning as an example of an artist effectively using sunglasses as a fashion item. Video clips and photographs of the singer wearing sunglasses regularly circulate across social media platforms.

The poll results follow aespa's live concert schedule after the group began its fourth world tour, titled SYNK: COMPLaeXITY, at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul on Aug. 7 and 8. That two-day Seoul concert drew 35,000 spectators and featured a setlist of 27 songs, mainly drawn from the second full-length album Lemonade released in May. Ning Ning also presented a solo performance during the tour opening, showcasing a distinct vocal style and personal color.

A Picnic spokesperson explained that fashion items worn by artists quickly turn into standalone content as fans search for product details online. The platform stated that strong fan interest in such accessories demonstrates how personal fashion choices serve as a direct communication channel between artists and their audience.
